Where do you ship?
We are currently shipping all over India and shortly plan to start international shipping.
Is my order confirmed?
You will receive an email on order confirmation. Should you have any further questions, please contact our Customer Service.
When will my order be shipped?
We usually ship all orders out within 48 hours (Please note: our week starts from Tuesday to Sunday). Based on products ordered, there is a possibility that your shipment may be split into two or more packages.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders are shipped out from Mumbai. For deliveries outside Maharashtra, it will usually take a maximum of 7 to 10 business days for you to receive your order. Final delivery time will vary based on location and items ordered. In situations beyond our control, there may be a delay. However, we will try our most best to ensure delivery in the shortest possible time frame.
Do you offer same day delivery?
We may be able to offer same day or next day delivery in Mumbai for certain products. You would need to contact our Customer Service for the same and then place your order on our website before 12 noon.
How much will I be charged for delivery?
We currently offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 2,000. A flat delivery fee of Rs. 100 will be applicable on all orders below Rs. 2,000. This will be added to your total bill at checkout.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number and shipping partner details will be sent to you in your confirmation email after your order is shipped.
What if I am not available when my order is delivered?
Our logistics partners will make three attempts to deliver your package. If you are still not available, the order will be returned to us. You can then request for it to be resent to you, at your own cost. Kindly contact our Customer Service for the same. No refunds will be done if the customer has provided the incorrect/ incomplete shipping address and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
CHANGES TO AN ORDER
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order that has not been shipped yet by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via call at +91-9653274703. After an order has been shipped out, it cannot be cancelled.
Why have I only received part of my order?
If you have ordered multiple items, there is a possibility that the order may be split into separate shipments. However, we will try our best to send as many items as possible in a single shipment.
I have received an incorrect / damaged item. What should I do?
In the rare case, that you receive a damaged product, kindly contact our Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving your order. Ensure you send us your order number and delivery address along with photos of the damaged product so that we can resolve the issue.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns / exchanges if there is damage to the product in transit. A lot of our products are handmade and may have slight variations due to this. The item to be returned should be in its original packaging, and in an unused / unwashed condition as received. Kindly inform us of any damage within 24 hours of receipt of the product in order to receive a replacement.
When will I receive a replacement?
A replacement will be shipped only after the return has been approved by us and if required, the original item has been received by us and subject to the following conditions:
-The item should be unused/unwashed – in the same condition as received
- The item should be in its original packaging with all original tags in place
- Items should be returned within 7 days from date of delivery
Refunds / exchanges will be assessed once the item is received by us, and checked for quality. Any returned item that does not meet the above conditions, will not be accepted. No amount will be refunded in this case.
Why is my order cancelled?
In the rare occasion, that the shipment is lost, undelivered to your location or any other unforeseen situation, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In this case, we will inform you about this as soon as possible and process the refund at the earliest.
How do you process refunds?
Refunds will be processed using the same mode of payment used. Kindly note: the shipping charge where applicable will not be refunded.
For orders where reverse pick up is not possible, customers can ship the items to us. This should be done within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Kindly ensure the items are packed securely to avoid any damage in transit. In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed after a quality check of the received item.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept most Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, AMEX, Diners), Net Banking from top 50+ banks, UPI (Web Collect & UPI Intent), Online Wallets, EMI and NEFT/RTGS payments.
Is my personal information secure with Marry Me – The Store?
Can I get my order gift wrapped?
Most definitely! We offer a gift wrapping service for most products. You can add this on at checkout.
I don’t want the package to have an invoice as it is a gift. Is this possible?
Sure, we can email the invoice to you instead.
Can I send a note/card with my order?
Of course! At the checkout screen, you can enter your message and we will ensure it is handwritten and sent along with your order.
The product I want is out of stock? Can I still order it?
Sure! Do let us know at email@example.com we will let you know when it will be available.
